Intresting. I tend to do quite a bit of cardio because I like to sweat and feel like i'm burning those calories. I wasn't aware that you can burn calories whilst you're not working out.

i do more weights then cardio and trust me u lose a lot and faster cause when i go to the locker room i cant stop sweating and even when i sit at home after the gym . so i do cardio but only 7 min thats it
