Kelsey was Lance's pride and joy and the apple of his eye.
Kelsey adored Lance,he was her Hero.
Lance was Kelsey's comforter and protector and provided the most stability in her life.
Lance's wife Ashley had been in Kelsey's life since the very beginning when Lance first got to meet his baby girl Kelsey in early 2003.
Ashley adored Kelsey.
Kelsey was close to Ashley.
Kelsey affectionately called her,
"Mommy Ashley."
Kathie says one time Kelsey was hysterically crying for her "Mommy" at Kathie's house.
Kathie called Raye and said you need to come over here Kelsey is crying for you.
When Raye got there Kelsey was fine and she wouldn't go to Raye.
When Raye left Kathie asked Kelsey,
"why didn't you go to Mommy?"
Kelsey said,"I wanted mommy Ashley."
Kelsey knew her daddy was a solider she would say,"Daddy Solider."
The bond and love between them is obvious.

Education and awareness for parents and everyone who have children in their lives,
is vital.
That sums it all up for me. Their bond was and still is amazing. I feel terrible for both of them. He came back from Iraq only to bury his little angel.
She was murdered October 11,2005 from Blunt Force Trauma to the Abdomen.
She was kicked or punched in her stomach.
