The trick is to be able to move fluidly between all worlds. like when i hear some of our African brothers speak, I can hear them move from native tongue to French to Portuguese to a tribal dialect and back all in one conversation. Can we please change the African American children needs to learn English to American children need to speak proper English. It's not a Black thing - it's an inner city dialect. All American children use "Slang" - listen to all of the likes, omg's, and smexys that exist. Slang is everywhere - cockney for example. Proper language must be emphasized at home as well as in school.
