John Inman was my hero in the hit comedy TV show "Are you Being Served". He was so witty, warmhearted and gay *(meaning happy) he made the whole show worth watching. He will be surely missed by people closest around him. Rest in peace.

This is great ! I love AYBS and just bought the whole box set and even though I have seen every episode at least once to rewatch them all from the start is a big treat for me. The entire cast is fabulous especially Mr Inman. A great ensemble and I am sure heaven is full of laughter with all the great old comedians who are now there god bless you mr inman and thanks so much for leaving us your brilliant comedy legacy !
