I guess it depends on where you live that girls dress like that, I knew girls that dressed like that in middle school. and the actresses aren't 13 I just looked up when the movie came out and I do know that Evan rachel Wood is 20 or 21 now so she was like 15 in this movie and I know that Nikki reed was around the same age.
