dude, im a christian, but im not uptight at all bout this game in fact im really pumped about it. its a game that you cant really say Ohh its all about evolution or its all about intellegent design. its a mixture of both since its about a creature that is designed by you that evolves over time.

Those weren't ripples, they were the Rock expanding and eventually cracking open. The beginning scene takes place in some primordial ooze, kind of like jelly, not to be confused with water.
