Emilys wakeboarding learning a Tantrum last season. incidentally got in lots of trouble for videoing from the tower of the boat! no thanks to the fishermen that took photos and sent them to the top. say no more. hope this is good for beginners to see how to start learning.

try sing a shorter cord because your not clearing the wake and i think thats whats making it really tough to land. Btw im more of a snowboard person. check out my vids plz :)

Hi if your talking for boarding in general then anything from 18 to 22 mph and some go even faster. if your taolking for tantrums then you dont change the speed.

yeah you're not cutting hard enough, and you're throwing it to eary. cut harder and throw it a little later and you'll be doing them out into the flats, good luck!

awesome vid. im still tryin to get w2w. few more tries and i got it down. id really like to learn to tantrum. a friend of mine said i dont need to know how to w2w in order to tantrum but im not so sure about that.

She has them consistant now. only the first part of the edge is progressive on a tantrum

You don't use a progressive edge on a tantrum. Instead you want to cut in hard and flatten at the wake, that allows you to be tripped and get the backwards rotation. You will just land on your back in the water if you try to do it without being flat on the wake. (watch Detention, higher learning or the book for more)
