Enkenosense, they are plugged in. They are plugged in with that thing that goes into your stripe, so you don't have to worry about the wire running all around.. I think it has about 200meters to be in line with and then your not plugged in anymore.. Saw one of those in the musicstore not long ago. Hope this helps!
