In 1988, Little Rock, Arkansas independent t.v. station KLRT, Channel 16 broadcast Gary Weir's Bozo The Clown, complete with the station's
mascot, T.V. Prime, a walking/talking T.V. Just what the world needed -- another "Christmas Carol" told from a clown's perspective.
