Business. Hospitals let's McDonald operate inside the building, no pun intended, and in turn the Hospitals get part of the sales most likely a .2% of all sales. So the hospital makes money off the "healthy" wanting food, and McDonald's makes money off the sick cause they get hungry visitors.

Well you can't blame them. People can buy a salad even from McDonald's. It's a persons choice, I just hate when fat people complain about being fat, its like "put down the twinky and step on a treadmill then!" you know? Canada's fast food restaurants have vegetarian choices so I love that. And in business I try to cater to my workers, because I feel if they're happy work improves. But I work as a director on movie sets so it is still all business.
