It is power factor correction, no power savings even though amperage is reduced. They have altered the phase relationship between the voltage and amperage, the only savings are a very very small reduction in line loss.
The demo is flawed! they should be measuring wattage, not amperage. The electric company charges for Watts, not amps.
Using a capacitor to smooth distortion on line is nice, if it is rated to stand it! Doesn't save any power either.

You fail to explain the difference between real power and reactive power. You scam artists fail to explain that the utility does not charge for the high amps that you display. Inrush is also not a problem since it lasts for only 20 milli seconds. What a snake oil scam.

I'm pretty sure electric companied will VERY soon be upgrading meters so that this product is effective. The reason is florescent lights.. and we are upgrading to these bulbs my the millions to save energy.. the reason the savepower is that reacitive power is HIGH in these devices.. I suspect power companies wont stand for this.
