Bobby "Raw" Anderson, formerly of the band, River City High, replaced Tell as the band's touring guitarist.
Look at any of the "Live at Ventura Theater" songs, you'll notice Tell is not present.
As a matter of fact, Tell was originally just a replacement for Reuben Hernandez.
Not to mention Andrew McMahon has said something corporate is getting back together, he just wants to put out one more album with Jack's Mannequin first.

actually, andrew has said that the possibility of something corporate ever getting back together and releasing a full length album and doing another huge tour is very slim. there might be a few shows, but nothing major. and if it does happen, it will be in the distant future.
