My point is that if we all got investigated for the entire balance of our lives more than 50% of those people were subject to all the actions in their whole life. Just because you and everyone else in the service had a clean urinalysis doesn't mean that hadn't smoked a joint a year before. That's what I'm talking about. Pretty simple to understand.
