It's an art, and people just don't understand.....oh, and never, NEVER wash coffee pots with dish soap. If you use sodium free water put a "couple of grains" of salt in brewing water.

The guy in black is a toolbag. It's coffee man....same goes for all you wine "experts" out there too. Kudos if you are the maker of this machine. I'm positive it makes great coffee. But shut up man. Let the machine speak for itself.
