Typically the strongest people on the planet are northern Europeans and with that it's primarily from 'fast' twitch muscle fibers!
Think about it. My father got me into martial arts as a child but later pissed me off telling me that I couldn't be fast like Lee because he was tiny and Chinese and they are fast. I did 16 punches per second for a minute. Beat that lee

How old are you?If you are not old enough to address whether or not you 'really' know how fast Bruce Lee was for example then you automatically destroy your position,not to mention, that it is pure foolishness to automatically deny what I or anyone says about what they've done with no 'real or actuall' reason for such nonsense.I timed it several times with and at different times with various witnesses.I got 16, 14, and 13!I could move so fast that people couldn't see my limbs move until I stoped
