The European Commission has launched a campaign to build public awareness of climate change. Using the slogan "You control climate change", the campaign encourages citizens to adopt certain everyday habits to help reduce greenhouse gas emissions. The campaign which kicked off on 29 May 2006 encourages the public to sort waste, leave the car in the garage, use public transport, not to leave electrical devices switched on, and so on. In short: "turn down, switch off, recycle, walk".

Don't know where Europe gets it's oil from but USA gets 85% from Canada and 15% from Mexico with the rest is Domestic.
Yes,as in USA doesn't even use Middle East Oil but media fails to mention this and it's why politicians like Dick Channey snicker when protesters talk about reducing Americas dependence on Oil from the Middle East.
And exactly what would you replace 67 million barrels of oil used daily worldwide with? A barrel is 47 gallons by the way

Of course there is more Carbon Dioxide in Air then plants can eat cause humans are carelessly using dirty technology that wastes unburned fumes and carbon monoxide with some of it breaking down into Oxegen, Ozone,and Carbon Dioxide...but Carbon Dioxide isn't the most dangerous shit released as the result.There is enough real problems from Poisoning of the envoroment to mutations and disease in people to ban combustion technology, without the alarmist bullshit of "human induced Global warming"

Actually Exxon owns 90% of the Uranium Mines and refines almost all of the worlds Nuclear Rods which need parts that need to be manafactured and the uranium needs to be cooked and refined..result is Nuclear technology needs Oil and Coal Technology to be fabricated and to exist and causes some CO2emmisions in being created. And if we could somehow manage to make all comercial Powerplants Nuclear World wide we would run out of Uranium in the world in about 10 years with rod recycling.Then What?

Ironically with a 98% percent CO2 Atmoshphere and getting half the sunlight as Earth it's average tempature is 26 degrees below Zero, not the inferno the Alarmist states a high volume CO2 enviroment, even with only 1/2 the sunlight, it should be.
And to clarify, Humans are supposedly responsible for a .004% change in Carbon Dioxide volume in the Air in the last 200 years,which is possible. They also claim the .004% change in volume has made the world 1.5f degree Hotter..WE ARE ALL GOING TO DIE!

Pfft. The U.S. Citizens don't really decide who is President in the U.S., the Electoral College, or in the case of Bush the first time around, it was the Supreme Court when the Congress couldn't do it cause there was a stalemate after the Florida incident.
Doesn't matter as the "power of the People" is actually represented in the Senators and Representatives in Congress though most people "Iny Mini Miny Moe" on them and spend more time on the Presidentals, then wonder why nothing gets done

Hah! Problem with these upstart "Climatologist" with their "computer models" is that there computer models do not account for the facts that 1) The Earth's Plates move and a shit load of CO2 slides back under the crust with the moving plates 2) Co2 can break down into Ozone (O2) and Carbon depending on other chemical reactions it is exposed to so not all of it stays Co2 and 3)They are working on a inverse of Svante Arrhenius's,a Chemist,speculation that lack of Co2 might have caused the Ice Ages

That will NOT control climate. The SMART thing to do is understand climate change & adapt the tech. Man made CO2 never was/will be the problem. Stopping water pollution is! Clean up & protect world water supplies NOW. Develop cold growth supercrops NOW. Get cheap electricity across the world NOW! Global warming CAN BE controlled BUT NOT the naturally coming ice age. The focus is wrong! Think SMART, act SMART & save our younger generations. Water, Electricity & Crops are essentials!

You are wrong. Firstly, you must divide the Antarctic into the west and east Antarctic. The west Antarctic is undergoing significant melting and the east is to cold to be affected by the two degree warming we are committed to. Declines in species such as krill and adelie penguins (dependent on ice) prove this as fact. Just look up west Antarctic warming in Google scholar, a university online library or science magazine. Etc. Etc.

I think we should tax every human being for releasing CO2 into the atmosphere. We gotta keep people from exhaling, don't they know they're killing mother earth!? Do your part for the environment liberals, hold your breathe, let's say for about 10 minutes. That should do the trick. If that doesn't work my contingency plan is to nuke half of Asia. That should buy us at least 100 more years.

I won't even direct this at any specific Climate Change denier, but I do find it interesting that all the big talking deniers act like they know or have some sort of REAL evidence to disprove the science behind Climate Change, but when I have posed the question several times for proof they just go silent or respond with kindergarden vulgarity. All historic records from all sources contradict the C02 hypotheses. There are more and more scientists, climotoligists etc.. questioning and objecting to the C02 hypo, thousands have signed petitions. More scientists are leaving the IPCC and speaking out. The concenses is clearly changing.
If you were to ONLY consider real world emerical evidence, data etc... you could only come to one conclusion - the evidence does NOT exist. The c02 hypo is FALSE. This is undeniable.

How about 600,000 years of ice cores that show that temperature drives CO2, not the other way around? How about sedimentary, ice core, tree ring, surface temperature, and glacial evidence proving we've been steadily warming since the 1700s at .5 - .6 celsius a year, with no change in any of those
lines as a result of the big CO2 increase during the industrial age? How about satellite data proving temps have been steady or cooling for the last ten years?
