True, but consider this: if it wasn't for Keith Richards, Clapton, Led Zep & co popularising the blues white boys like us probably would never have heard the real blues masters such as the 3 Kings, Robert Johnson etc.
In fact I think I recall BB saying that he was grateful for the publicity people like Clapton generated for him and the other bluesmen.
