You don't need a degree to analyze a situation and help people out. SOMEBODY had to write the very first book on Psychology. It's not very hard to figure out. Plus most of these people's problems are simple and easy to point out and fix. Plus he never even had a license. A license is just insurance for agencies to hire people.
