Because it's easier to infiltrate the area I guess..and yeah rainbow six vegas, splinter cell and GRAW 2 all start in helicopters..weird coincidence. Or probably helicopters are suddenly cool now.

It's a dynamic way to introduce the game. And it also allows people to see the whole of the map in all it's next-gen glory. It was a lot tougher to see the whole of Mexico City or Las Vegas from inside a Stryker.

Not just that the Ghosts use Blackhawks because they have Great Firepower, Can carry up to 12 Squad Members or 1 Chalk and can Fast Rope, but there is another US Military Branch that for almost Every Mission Uses the BlackHawk, the Us Navy Seals Use a Different Variation of the Blackhawk called the PaveHawk really no difference except it has a Fuel Rod on the Copilots side for OverSeas/Longer Flight Durrations But Thats just my Opinoin
