In a way, extreme socialism is totally Unamerican.The wealthy are an easy target,but
the American dream has always been that poor immigrants like my ancestors are given an opportunity through their own hard work
to earn wealth..a lot of this anti rich rhetoric is just lazy resentful people jealous of those who have worked hard to create weath for themsleves and their progeny.

Fine, if competition is so great, then we should have multi-party plurality elections and let the Socialist Party USA, Libertarian, and the Greens have a fair shot at representation in the government.

I'm not ignorant but I'm not suckered by Hegel's esoteric use of metaphors like "master" and "slave".
Socialism leads to feudalism with new rules, repleat with a ruling class, lack of plurality and a population of serfs. Its simply the 20th century's unintentional road to hell.

Three points of interest:
1) European Union 2) GDP 3) Socialist International ALL countries in the EU are in the Socialist International. 12 are listed as ruling party. Their GDP is around 14 mil (nominal). And the Euro has PASSED the dollar by 44 cents. Capitalism isn't the road to hell. It's a private heaven built on
top of a public hell.

You are right! besides, The Countries with the best IDH (index of human development) and the best quality of life are Socialist countries. Those are the nordic countries. Norway, Finland, Sweden and Denmak. Those countries are 20 years ahead of the rest of 1st world countries. Money isn't all.(and they have the money too!)

the nazis were financed by the big companies (krupp,theissen,..) to fight the socialist working movements. the turn social problems into ethnic problems and had no problem in using antidemocratic/faschist methods against the left. so this was the reason why the capitalists supported them in germany.

This guy _really_ knows what he is talking about. If only the right wings in America wouldn't have monopoly on the media he would get through better. Who starts a TV-channel? someone with a lot of money of course. No low-class worker has that kind of money, so what kind of opinions do the media provide? right-wing propaganda. That's the way it has been for centuries, and that is the right wings only chance to survive, keeping people ignorant.
