Thanks to Pete for introducing me to folk music in 1958 in Beloit, WI. Y'all need to read Stud's Terkel's writing about Pete and many others in "And They All Sang". Making this a favorite so as not to lose it. You really needed to be enchanted by Pete in a live show to get it about him. A real pied piper.

The amazing thing is this series was broadcast on ONLY 13 PBS stations while Pete was still blacklisted from TV. Praise to PBS for making this series and having the guts to air it, and for people who still care enough to preserve it. Agree with him or not, Pete Seeger has stuck to his convictions and his dedication to his causes and sharing music MUST be honored.
