Chord structure was a bit off, but the vocals were very nice. If you search for this song, you'll find several live & up-close concert versions to see Kenny play it. Overall, I still thoroughly enjoyed this performance, and easily give it 5 stars. :) -EB

I have checked your version, my honest opinion is that your version is inferior to this one. You need more practice on the guitar because a lot of the notes came out muffled. May be finger strengthening exercise to improve on the barre will help to bring out your notes more clearly. I don't play the guitar, but I definitely can hear the difference between his and yours. His playing and singing is first class, yours need room for improvement. Practice, practice and practice.

the better version is by the Ka'au Crater Boys.. the original by Kenny Loggins is sadly "off" in creating a good rhythm. *as for this video: when you do your slides between transitions those sound a little off-key? but your own style is much appreciated, because it would just be "boring" if it was EXACTLY like the original now wouldn't it?. ^_^

Really beautiful cover. Oh, and I agree with that the original 70's version of this song ain't all that great. In fact a lot of really good 70's music gets ruinedby the cheezyness of the instrumentation. Even the Amy Grant/Kenny Loggins version beats the funky 70's version.
