If they do make a third it'll probably be a smaller downloadable game ala live arcade/PSN/Wiiware. Inafune has said the only thing stopping him from making a new Legends game is how expensive it is to make full scale games these days.

...NEITHER, The MMX Fanboys HATE these series with a passion, and they have directly interwined so we could never, EVER see A Megaman Legends game, EVER AGAIN.
You can all say what you want, but I find no logic reason on why there wasn't a MML game for the PS2, and not even a compilation while MMX and the original MM got compilations
