I finally changed the title so people don't moan that it's not subliminal messages. Also, the only reason the video doesn't play backwards as well is because my version of Windows Movie Maker wouldn't let me reverse video. After a long time, the song 'Mushroom Expert' is now availible to download.

This isn't backmasking, it's phonetic reversal. There are a finite number of sounds we make as part of speech, so it stands to reason that when speech patterns are reversed, certain alternate patterns will become apparent, wether they are deliberate or accidental.
