It was meant to be funny. Chuck was talking about how the presidency ages people beyond their years because of the stress they are under. Bush looks a lot more than 8 years older Carter aged more than 4 years. He was joking that if a president ages beyond his chronological age,example instead of looking a year older you look 5 years older then McCain is gonna get pretty old. McCain can say what Reagan did that he won't hold his opponents' age and inexperience against them. Lighten up!!
