i reckon if you have found something that works for you, helps in positive ways and harms none then go for it, besides it brings people together, brings nature and people together and if 1000's of years of natural medicine etc still exists in its raw form like this....count me in :) i have one or two issues that modern day therapy/drugs hasnt helpped, if i was able, i would try it. thank you for showing this, i love to learn new things
