Yes true its true it is June 2008.. however the law also states that the deadline for enforcement is December 2009. In time, by 2012 the world as we know it will change, and the stage will be set.

Go ahead and renew your licences now, I checked the DHS website and every state has an extension on the law! It was pretty funny cuz it said "state's in green have an extension" and the whole damn map was green so I'm guessing their havin trouble implmenting it!
