Up to 100 people have died in riots in Tibet against Chinese ruling authorities. Police used tear gas during clashes in the capital Lhasa, as Sky's China correspondent Peter Sharp reports.

hi those tibetans killed in tibet are in tibet and their family and friends are in tibet who are similarly subjected to torture and isolation from the world.that is the reason we tibetans in free world demanded free investigation by UNO.if any wise ppl like you wish to investigate i welcome you more than happy.we urgently want indenpendent investigation without involving any chinese and any exile tibetans.hope you are more interested to know in deep and clear without bias.i want it it it it!

It been over two mouths since the Tibetan in exile group has made this claim and the people investigating these claims seems to be taking there time in releasing any information if there is any. In your conclusion realising that no information exist you make a desperate attempt to call our fellow Tibetan Chinese to help you, good luck a finding the truth :) PEACE

n the 5 pre-requisitions put forwards by Dalai's delegation to the chinese govt in their 2005 n 2007 meeting in nanking n shanghai, point 4: to add to tibet the 240 million square km of land surrounding tibet to form a Greater Tibet.; point 5: to preserve the tibetan culture all non-tibetans in Greater tibet to b evacuated back to mainland china, this involves half a billion of Hans, Muslims n other minorities. These claims is on the official report of the tibet govt in exile.

Let me say it loud and clear: the "official" China position on Tibet is WRONG! LIES and PROPAGANDA. How do I know? My own family's testimony. You guys who are always saying the Tibetans are happy and the CCP supports Tibetan culture, here is the report from a real Tibetan person: "WHy all the Tibetans have been jailed since march?? I contact my family back In Tibetan constantly and I came to know theyare not allowed to move anywhere. and CCP banned all the cultural festivals and religious ceremonies everywhere in TIbet."

Regardless of how anyone feels about Tibet's "master," as if anyone has the right to decided who "owns" someone else, the fact is that a neutral Tibet is absolutely vital for peace between India and China; in the nuclear age, it's accurate to say that a neutral Tibet is vital for world peace.

The Dalai Lama is in good health and not so old. I hope that he has many more years to live and guide his people. In my opinion the Chinese leaders are foolish. They should use this golden opportunity to sort out the issue with a very moderate and wise leader who sincerely looks for a win-win solution for both parties. If the Dalai Lama goes before a solution is found, the Chinese may not gain anything. Today, many observers feel that only the Dalai Lama can keep China united.
