I think that the people of the Middle East hate us because we occupy and bomb their holy lands, until we get out of Iraq and Afghanistan and stop taking sides in a holy war (by supporting both sides, mind you) they will continue to do so, no matter what our leader's image is. and yes he's a much better choice than Clinton II
