it is not like china doesn't want it, cpc doesn't allow it to monopolize their own selfish interest. people of china want demoncracy since 1900s. of course there is bad example of demoncracy, but you can't use one example to deny demoncracy itself. tw people still live very well compared to china so don't use that as an excuse for cpc's refusal for demoncrracy.

so you can always compare to the bad apple and feel good about yourself. the thing is the wealth of people can be wipe out entirely by those corruption. when hole is too big, the wealth of everyone in china may be in danger....you don't understand concept of money too, it is a piece of paper you have, represent the confidence of people in that country's banking/finanical system. it may not worth anything when people find out the hole is too bigger in china.
