but, you see, if you take a shower before you take out the garbage, chances are you'll probably get dirty with the garbage and need to take another shower, so before you shower you can take out the trash to then shower and pay the bills and do the laundry and the dishes and call your mom and do something interesting.

well you could just:
1. Pay your bills
2.Take the laundry and garbage out. (seeing you could get dirty taking out the ggarbage, no sense getting dirty after a shower, or catching any garbage scent on you.)
3. Drop off the laundry, as you do that call your mom with your cellphone.
4.Talk to her as you finish up the dishes, once done the dishes, she should be summed up talking, you could probably get her to hint out sum ideas for you to do that day as you talk with her.

He uses tracing paper or some other type of thin paper and writes and draws everything backwards. I can't remember which one but I think it's "Procrastination" where it's really obvious.
