glad you like the videos! i look the way i do because i eat mostly whole foods and foods with short ingredient lists. i stay away from corn syrup and other foods that aren't good for the body. I also don't drink much alcohol. i eat 3 meals a day, sometimes more and ice cream too! i also have a small frame, i look just like my dad who is 6'4, a bean pole, and eats whatever he wants...i'm trying to get him to eat more veggies!

Hey! for your knee you can do the single leg stretch with the bottom of your foot resting on your inner thigh and your knee pointing out and resting on the ground. I'll do a video for hurt knees. it's a question that comes up a lot! :) oh and for the weight issue see below...oh and i'm tan here too...:)

You look great to me. Skinny is relative since a lot of people are overweight. As long as you feel healthy and have enough energy, than continue what you're doing.
I'm 6'4" myself, play basketball all the time, weight lift a little, and try to stay active throughout the day. People would be amazed at what they can eat if they were just more active. I'm starting to get into yoga to improve my flexibility and hope for more videos every time I log on to Youtube. Best wishes...
