It's real, i've got mine now. Honestly it's not a ciggy. It's more like a portable mini water-pipe if you ask me but I don't see why it should try to be a ciggy. It's very nice if you ask me, i'm pleased with mine, it's far cheaper than smoking ciggys, healthier and you can do it indoors legally. It's a great alternative to smoking.
