The reason he sprayed him, is because he only had one bullet in his pocket, or he might have shot the guy.(and got away with it) I bet the cop is mowing his grass with this lawn mower now,and the lawn mower racer had to pay at least 1500.00 and lost his license. I would have told the guy to park the lawn mower and ill give you a ride home, and yes, i would have let him take a piss too.

Haha, the Constitution absolutely does not say that. If what you're saying is true, then there could be no criminal liability for a real DUI where no person or property is injured. There could be no liability for conspiracy. There could be no liability for attempted murder. The list goes on.
