I think you are completely wrong here. You can't say "I'm not offending you, you just get offended from me." is like saying "I'm not punching you, it is just that YOU are the one who is hurt by my fist being in contact with your face." I personally use word "nigger" often when referring to blacks and don't mean it offensively but don't do that around people who might get offended. That all said, I don't think people should be offended by word dickhead.

I disagree. A punch in the face (as well as the word "nigger") is in fact hurting someone. The word "dick head" is in comparison like clenching a fist- to stay in the metaphor. It is stupid to forbid that because you MIGHT hurt someone with it, even if you just did it to measure your blood pressure for example.

I've often thought that about swearwords... who's the victim? But the thing is that old people only use swearwords as insults or abuse, and young people just use them as adjectives or just as random words interjected into conversation, and so old people interpret them differently to young people and young people interpret them differently to old people because they both use them in different ways. Wow.
