this is a video from 1982. it used to air on hbo and nickelodeon cable channels i think. i remember watching on tv. you can still purchase used copies on vhs on amazon.

you are very correct it was paint it black by the rolling stones...it came on nick in the 80's as short clip...i used to be scared of it because of that big dude creepin around the ride it was creepy that brought back memories when i heard the paint it black on guitar hero i instantly thought of that matt dillion video
