The Brits parted all of these lands w/ oil profits in mind. They installed tribal leaders that would cooperate w/ them economically in strategic parts of the region. Kuwait is a prime example of a family serving the West. Arab lands were divided into made up, fictitious countries that did not respect historical, social, & ethnic differences among the people of the Middle East. That is why Kurds, Sunnis, & Shiites ended up all together in Iraq. Arabs must unite to expel ALL enemies, period.
