Why does the Bible not mention dinosaurs?
Job 40:15-24 says,
15 Behold now Behemoth, which I made along with you;
He eats grass like an ox.
16 Behold his strength in his loins
And the power in his stomach muscles.
17 His tail sways like a cedar;
The sinews of his thighs are knit together.
18 His bones are tubes of bronze;
His limbs are l
ike bars of iron.
19 He is a prime example of God's amazing handiwork;
Only his Creator can threaten him.
20 The hills bring him their produce,
And all the wild animals play nearby.
21 Under the lotus plants he lies down,
In the covert of the reeds and the marsh.
22 The lotus plants cover him with s
hade;
The willows of the brook surround him.
23 When the river rages, he is not alarmed;
He is confident, though the Jordan gushes into his mouth.
24 Can anyone catch him off guard,
Or can anyone trap him and pierce his nose with snares and lead him away?
Scientists have studied this chapter and fo
und that when the Bible mentions the Behemoth, it's talking about an animal that the dinosaur book calls Brachiosaurus. And God says that He created this creature along with man (the sixth day).
