apollo is better than phoenix!
Phoenix was set up by Krispoher (Can't spell his name xD) for the main plot of the forged evidence. Phoenix actually did forge one piece of evidence in the first trail though, as in the game he is pretty out of character, but I think it makes him sexier <3
