What are a bunch of corrupt council officials praising something they know nothing about?
The visit to the site of this pile of scaffolding poles was obviously an act of spin by council hangers on who stuffed their faces in Towneley Hall for free afterwards.
Dennis taylor must have taken a course in bull-shitting after hearing him on this video because it is obvious that he lies through his teeth.
