They're both voiced by the same actor, Pinto Colvig. He was the original voice of Goofy.

Don't compare Tex to that talentless hack. Tex's cartoons are far funnier and more well-drawn than anything Seth MacFarlane did.

Ya ever watch that episode of Drawn Together where Foxxy becomes a racist stereotype? It has a great line "Course people are racist these days too, just that they tries to hide it." May not be quoting that verbatim, but a pretty good point I must say.

are you kidding me? Family Guy has almost ZERO animation; in fact, if it had any less animation, I would be just a series of stills. You're right though, Avery wasn't racist at all - he grew up in a segregated society ignorant of racial sensitivities whereas my generation grew up in a more integrated society

He's the reason I started to make animation, he inspired ever since I was a kid.

They started screwing up animation back in the 70's with shows like scoo bee doo and Inch high private eye, Grape Ape alot of the Hanna barbera stuff was crappy animation, but this Guy was Great one of the Best

Even tho it's my understanding that Seth designed family giy characters, you always get the feeling that he doesn't have the same passion and love for animated arts that are found in other contemporaries like Craig or Genndy. He spends more time on making the pop culture jokes than on style and movement. There's a reason Seth McFarlane is up to his armpits in royalty fees, he's always using someone elses work to make a joke.
