This was filmed at the Buffalo Grove Days Parade in 2006. A van with pretend "Bad Guys" drove down the street, chased by a Buffalo Grove police car. When the bad guys start pushing the cop around, Reaper came to the rescue!

haha i remember that i was there at the parade watching that happen it was so much fun it first i was confused on why they were there my mom thought that b/c of the police "chasing" them at the beginning that they werent supposed 2 be there but then they stopped about between 30-50 feet away from us & we watched the show

It's a demonstration of a police dog at work most likely, I saw the sleeves on both attackers, that's all
that's why the people were cheering and laughing
