For a long time I blamed Brian for leaving Westlife and I knew that the reason he claimed then (more time to spend with his family) was a fake one. Later I realized that maybe he got tired of the pure pop style of Westlife and then listened to his first album, and saw the difference. I guess he just likes this "soft rock" style better. I still like and appreciate Brian, but he didn't have the courage to admit he wanted to start a solo career. It's my opinion.
