This is the Sk-E-Doo, the world's first practical electric snowmobile using advanced batteries. It started life as a 1971 Gilson two-lunger (cough, cough) but I yanked out the smokepot and installed clean and powerful electrics. In this video, we ride as a passenger, towed at about 70 kph (40 mph) in a cheap plastic sled behind the snowmachine!
