Sorry to correct you but Texas appeared in the the late 80's 88 or 89 with their "southside" album, it was the first album i ever bought, and in my opinion the best band that has EVER came out of Scotland, if you want to hear Texas in the raw check out the track SOUTHSIDE taken from that very album, i bought it on cassette way back then and have been following them for 20 years! ROCK ON Sharleen!!!!

Yes, we have the 'southside' album and we went to see Texas for the first time at Cardiff Arms Park, when they were the support band for Simple Minds in the 80's. I can't remember which year exactly but Texas were fantastic then and they're Fantastic now. Taxas are my all time fave band. ROCK ON Sharleen!!!!

Aint it just weird, the comments by tntsoma and vnesofsc each get a plus rating and for what reason? the fact that this song is reminiscent of songs by other artists that they have heard, yet i give a similar opinion 3 months ago, and i get a minus 6 rating as well as have my comment 'hidden'...very strange. Ive been complimentary on this song to an extent, but im not gonna keep schtum about similarities that i detect to songs by other people.
