Actually it is a late '55. First production of the ABS-1 bridge and stop bar tailpiece. I think this is the one used on the Another Brick in the Wall Part 2 solo.
Anyway, it being a '55 makes it one of the most collectible Les Pauls in history. He doesn't take this one out much. He tours with an early '57 with a Bigsby bridge :)
