its easy to learn when you begin when u r young enough. i think u should learn a mix between acrobatics and "kickboxin" (is it kickboxing in english =) ) last you need a very good physical control. i have been training for 1 year and now im able to make 5 flicflacs "one by one". Sorry 4 my bad english but its late, im tired and im not the best in the english language ;)

Watch dogens Tutorials and tage the advice you are good but your tricks are not that fluid. You should not do combos before you have muscle memory to every trick you put in a combo! so if you want to get good combos, perfect the moves you want to put in there (by doing them the same way about 1500 times,EXACT)and then make a Combo. just watch dogens tutorials it will help

Hey guys! That video is great!!! I have some questions: I want to train with my brother and my we have only a garden a mattresses... and so my question is that enough? And where have you the tricks from? and how I must start training? I'm not doing any gymnastic because in my town thats impossible and so can I make alone gymnastic? and is for so tricks sometimes to late? all you need is a patch of grass. start of with some thing simple like a hand stand or a cart wheel and go from there. all you need is the guts and not to be afraid to fall because thats how you learn
