The Lakota Nation, Native American tribe secedes from the U.S Treaty binding the peoples, legally, under articles concluded over 150 years ago. The leader, Duane Martin Sr. Cites the New World Order as a determining factor behind uniting the tribes' resolve to dissolve the Treaty. And for good reason. The nation has had considerable trouble in keeping with the custom of being raped by the European powers and reduced their population by over 100 million, almost the greatest genocide in history, from the nation that proclaims to be the most just. The problem in America is the way wealth is distributed ineffectively. This is what happens when you have all the money in the world, but nothing backing it. The USA is a phony economy, but yet still the most flush with wealth from all over the world (empire), therefore the government must determine distribution of wealth, rather than the market. This creates a very inept system where no one is really happy (except the few who benefit), corruption runs rampant, and inefficiency prevails.

I can also see why many people sympathy with Native Americans. Many of our true tibal histories were burned away millenia ago in Europe via the rise of the Roman Empire. What we are left with is a culture of conquest and a corrupted religion. While civilization does have its many benefits, there is still that part of us that yearns for what was left behind.. a sense of identity, freedom, and importance that was lost forever.

The only reason the Natives were conquered so easily was that when Columbus arrived, lost as he may have been, the Indians were still living in the stone age. They were so much more advanced that a few small shiploads of Spanish conquistadors was able to overthrow the most advanced Indian nation. And there were no tribes nearly as advanced as the Aztecs in what is now the US.

I'm mostly just concerned for the Lakota right now. I would hate to see this become a "suicide mission". (I'll MISS them, if they go!)
Of course, if they become "militant", they'll be declared "terrorists", & war will ensue. Would they have a hope in hell? I seriously doubt it.
If it's going to WORK, there needs to be organization, & a peaceful platform for accomplishing it. Otherwise, it's likely just going to end in failure.
