Try IAME-Parilla Reedster KF1 without the restrictor.
It already did 34 hp at 16k RPM, it can do about 40 hp at 19k RPM.
Even though it's a single gear with Vamec centrifugal clutch it goes fast, and you don't wanna mess with clutch cables and gearselectors anyway.
