this is probably my favorite doors song, mainly because it is conscise, uniquely scored in comparison to most other doors songs and its not trying to be strange.
As for all the Jim Morrison idolation, i dont get it. He is a pretty fantastic singer, but he isnt a visonary, and most of the doors song are really repetative lyrically and musically. He's not some shirtless, poet jesus. Hes just a guy with a great voice who was as marketed as heavily David Cassi dy by his record company.
